Get your crayons out and design Penny an outfit. You don't need to be a designer or a great artist. Simply doodle your design scan it, photograph it or create it directly on your computer and send it to Penny. The best ideas as chosen by Penny will be made and showcased at this years' Pink Picnic on 18th July. Send your designs to penny.arcade@newcastlegayscene.co.uk.
